Registration Arrangements

Registration Fee £15.00 (per family, payable yearly)
 

All parent/carers are requested to complete a registration pack & return this together with a £15.00 reg. fee. (you can download the relevant forms below - print them off and then simply drop them in to us or post them)
 

Both parties must sign an agreement.
 

Fees are payable monthly in advance by Standing Order
